Sentrilock Install and/ or Removal
$5.00 per service, if you would like both install and removal the total fee is $10.00
Lockboxes can be stored at our facility and installed at the time of sign installation. We can also remove your lockbox at the time of sign removal. *It is the agent's responsibility to collaborate with their client to get keys in/out of the box, we will NOT be responsible for keys that are left in Sentrilock boxes. *Your lockbox MUST be labelled with your name and phone number, If your name and phone number are not on your lockbox we will not install it nor remove it. *A shackle release code MUST be submitted to us by 8:00am on the day of sign installation and/or on the day of sign removal. *Unforeseen circumstances: should extreme weather conditions or dead batteries render the lockbox inoperative, and BW is unable to install or remove it, the owner will be notified immediately and the install/removal fee will be reimbursed.

All signs are stored at our facility with no storage fees. We will inform you if we notice your sign(s) appear to be in need of repair.
