Welcome to our FAQ section, where we aim to address common inquiries about our services, processes, and what you can expect when working with BW Signage Installations. Whether you're curious about installation timelines, project scope, or pricing, you'll find answers to many of your questions here.

If these FAQs don’t fully address your needs, we’d love to hear from you! Whether you have more questions, need further information, or are ready to get started, we are here to assist you.

  • Hours of Operation
    BW is not open on Sunday, Monday or statutory holidays. Inquiries received outside of business hours will be addressed the following business day. Installation and removal of signage occurs from Tuesday to Saturday, installations are not provided on Sunday, Monday or statutory holidays. BW will advise customers in the event of extreme or dangerous weather conditions that may cause delay.
  • How much notice is needed?
    A two day lead time is appreciated. All requests are treated as a top priority but please be advised that a last-minute request may be scheduled for the following 1-2 business days.
  • Can your posts be repaired?
    Yes! At BW we are reducing environmental impact by providing a product that does not warp or twist, can be refurbished and repaired, and keeps waste out of landfills.
  • Are there additional fees?
    BW does not have fuel surcharges, storage fees, or sticker removal fees if the easy-peel vinyl is being used.
  • Can I have custom colours for my posts?
    Yes! Custom Colour(s) for a standard posts is a one-time fee of $15.00 per post and a (*Minimum order of 10 posts). Luxury/Executive post custom colour(s) is a one time fee of $35.00 per post. Post colours must adhere to brokerage guidelines and city bylaws, please refer to terms and conditions and/or contact us for more information.
  • Do you print signs?
    BW is partnered with one of Calgary’s premier printing companies for your sign production, we are also happy to work with a manufacturer of your choice.
  • Commercial signage installation
    BW installs commercial signage (e.g. commercial leasing, land use change proposals etc.), please contact us for more information.
