To request removal, you’ll need to provide the property address. For your convenience, it's mandatory to email a shackle release code and the address of the property by 8am on the day of installation, please email the code and property address to orders@bwsigninstallation.ca.
 
It is the agent's responsibility to collaborate with their client to get keys in/out of the box, we will NOT be responsible for keys that are left in Sentrilock boxes.
Your lockbox MUST be labelled with your name and phone number, If your name and phone number are not on your lockbox we will not install it nor remove it.
A shackle release code MUST be submitted to us by 8:00am on the day of sign installation and/or on the day of sign removal.
Unforeseen circumstances: should extreme weather conditions or dead batteries render the lockbox inoperative, and BW is unable to install or remove it, the owner will be notified immediately and the install/removal fee will be reimbursed.
